Booking terms and conditions:

Bookings are made by phone or email via mutual agreement according to availabilities.

Invoices are issued with date ranges to record lessons invoiced and paid/owing. Full payment details are provided.

Online payments (£,$, €) should be made via bank transfer or Paypal at least 48 hours in advance. Cash and cheque payments on arrival.

Calendar invitations and receipts are issued as confirmation of bookings and payment.

Bookings are modifiable and cancellations are refundable with more than 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made by the client with less than 24 hours are charged at full price, or refundable only at tutor's discretion.

In the event of cancellations by the tutor, the lesson will be re-arranged at a mutually convenient time. If any inconvenience has been caused to the client, the lesson cost will be refunded.
